Shipping Policy

  • All shipped orders will include a flat shipping fee of $7.95 (or insert your preferred amount).
  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS. Tracking details will be sent once your order is on the way.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Richette’s Beauty is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.

Local Pickup / Meet-Up Policy

  • We proudly offer local meet-ups in Columbia, South Carolina only.
  • Local orders must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and meet-ups will take place at a public location agreed upon by both parties.
  • Missed or late appointments may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
